Constantly building on these relationships, Kay writes ‘Home Style’ articles for the Derbyshire Life Magazine and can be heard giving ‘property’ advice on Radio Derby.  

She works alongside TV’s Channel 5 House Doctor, and can be regularly found in the ‘Ask the Expert’ Arena and on Stage at Grand Designs Live.
